BCVA Tournaments

BCVA Tournaments will be held at 7 Commercial Pl, Schertz TX 78154

When it comes to preserving a proper play environment for every team participating we will make no exceptions regarding appropriate behavior and sportsmanship.  Coaches will be asked to make players and parents clear of these expectations prior to beginning tournament play.

Please note for all tournaments there will be  concession stand located nest to the restrooms.  We will have snack foods, sodas, water and gatorade.


Gym Rules

1. No team or individual is allowed to park in the neighboring lot.  Violators will be towed.
2. The facility doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the first match.
3. No coolers of ay kind are allowed in the facility.  Only players are allowed to bring in water bottles and sports drinks while playing.
4. Absolutely no outside food, coffee, snacks or drinks allowed on the playing surface of the facility.  There is no eating at te score tables or on the courts.
5. No smoking.
6. No unsupervised children inside or outside the building at any time.
7. All training equipment is off-limits and cannot be moved or manipulated.
8. Tournament attendants provide their own seating.  Parent are not allowed to rearrange training equipment or benches.  Outside chairs are allowed, but you are not allowed to rearrange the furniture or equipment inside the building.  Please keep the end lines open for the players to serve.  There must be a clear path on the sidelines in case of emergencies.  If you are asked to move please do so immediately or you will be asked to leave the premises.
9. No yelling at the referees of scorekeepers at anytime.
10. Any unattended items left in the facility or your vehicles will not be the responsibility of the facility.
11. No littering.
12. If anyone does not comply with these rules you will be asked to leave.
